Crystal is an exceptional cat care taker! Our girl cat hides from everyone. She does not like visitors. After just one visit, she was all over Crystal! We were completely relieved as this is the first time hiring a service. We will definitely hire her in the future.

Crystal is a fantastic cat sitter. We had a last minute situation come up and Crystal was able to do a meet and greet with short notice. We had her watch our boys for a week. She treated our boys like there were her own. She was so sweet with them and gave them a lot of attention. We have one boy who is very shy and Crystal was able to give him a few pets towards the end of the week. I ended up having a family emergency and had to extend the appointment. Crystal was VERY accommodating with this and without hesitation said “yes” to extending the appointment and helping us out. We even forgot that we were getting frozen food delivered to our house. Once we figured out what happened we contacted Crystal, even though she had already be to our house that day, to see if she could go back to our house to put the food in the freezer. We of course paid her for that extra visit but my whole point is she was welling to help without any hesitation. Crystal is a cat sitter we will continue to use. She is trust worthy, kind, and goes above and beyond for her clients.

Okay, everyone just book her! Honestly she’s one of the best cat sitters we have ever had. She continues to surprise me with going above and beyond for us. During this visit she unloaded the dishwasher for us. We didn’t ask her to do it, she did because she is kind and thoughtful. Not only is she sweet, kind and caring with our cats she’s also that way with us. We feel SO lucky to have found Crystal. We have used her serval times for almost a year and we will continue to book with her. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you have her watch your cats, she really is amazing!

Crystal is such a kind and thoughtful Cat Sitter. we had to add on additional days to our reservation due to a family emergency without hesitation. Crystal went above and beyond and helped us out so that we could be with our loved ones in a time of need when we return to our house. Everything looked perfect. Our boys were happy and Crystal even left us a handwritten note with some special treats for our kitties. She has hands down with the nicest people we have ever encountered through this app and will be booking her for the future.

Crystal was an excellent communicator. She sent me photos, and was patient, kind and compassionate when it came to caring for my cat. She was reliable, and professional. Always left my apartment better than she found it, made sure all of my cats needs were met and all of his dishes and litter boxes were clean and well maintained. I could not have asked for better! Made me feel so much more relaxed when on vacation knowing she was there to care for my cat, and I never felt like I was bothering her with questions, etc. She was always more than happy to communicate how my cat was doing, sending pics, etc.
