Lucy took great care of Mia while I was out of town and has been fantastic to work with! She asked really thoughtful questions during our initial meeting, like what are telltale signs that your cat isn’t feeling well and where is her carrier located if a trip to the vet becomes necessary. Not only is this critical information to have in case of an emergency, but it shows how seriously she takes this responsibility and the dedication she brings to keeping cats happy and healthy. Lucy was easy to communicate with and provided helpful daily updates. I’m very grateful for her help and will happily book with Lucy again!

Lucy is the best! She took great care of our 2 cats and we will absolutely book her again in the future! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
