I actively pay attention to each of the cats in my care and I'm proactive in sending accurate updates with daily pictures. I also have experience providing drop-in visits for cats who need oral medications administrated.
I prefer to do Meet & Greets 2 to 3 weeks before a booking period begins, IF YOUR CAT IS ANXIOUS OR TIMID WITH NEW PEOPLE. I let each new cat get used to my sent by leaving an article of clothing with the pet parents after a meet & greet.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have actively been provided drop-in visits for pet parents and there cats for about 1 year. I am currently working at a part-time job aside from providing Drop-In Visits. My part-time job usually has me scheduled from 12: 00pm to 4:00 pm although so I will usually be available before or after 12:00pm to 4:00pm
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
I recommend taking your time looking for a good cat sitter who is willing to adjust their care level to your kitties unique personality traits. Also having a trial day with each sitter before committing to a long-term booking is another thing I would personally suggest you try.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
If you're booking with me for the very first time and your cats are not timid or anxious, I'd prefer if you could reach out to me to do a meet & greets at least 3 to 4 days before you preferred booked time, preferably 4 days ahead of time if possible. For first-time clients, I usually come over to the meet & greet with some intake forms to learn more about your cat’s routine, personality, and care preferences, along with some liability forms I'll need you to fill out before we continue our booking. It helps me feel prepared and helps us both make sure it’s a good fit before confirming the booking through Meowtel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
