Shannon looked after my 3 kitties while I was traveling for business. She visited 4 times during my trip and sent me an update with photos every day. This was not a "hey everything is fine" kind of update! This was a detailed description of what she did, how each kitty was behaving, and how they were interacting with her which honestly was the bast part. There is HUGE peace of mind when you see pictures of happy and playful kitties that normally are very suspicious of strangers. I do have one kitty in particular that is very "I am outta here!" when it comes to strangers. Shannon made a special effort to see him every visit. This was in a thoughtful way, giving him space but checking to make sure he was ok. I even had a message from Shannon wanting to see if his somewhat soulful meowing was normal which it was. I am so pleased with Shannon! She is dependable, courteous and thoughtful. I absolutely plan on using her again in the future. Shannon has exceeded my expectations for a pet sitter!

this review is long overdue. Shannon is amazing. she helped me out in a pinch after my elderly cat was diagnosed with diabetes. my husband and I had a trip already booked and Shannon agreed to help us even though we were just outside of her service area. she is very kind and knowledgeable. having a cat with medical issues was a brand new thing to me and she made me feel so great about all of it and how she would have no issues since it was new to all of us, including our cat. we've since used her more and it's the same wonderful care, communication and consideration. thank you Shannon!

Shannon was absolutely amazing! Her daily updates were very detailed and we lived for the pictures! Knowing that she was taking care of our cats while we were on our honeymoon gave us total peace of mind.

Shannon is absolutely amazing! We have two cats that can be a bit difficult and she handled them with grace and ease. She was even able to get my 13 year old to take medication and she got my 2 year old to come out from under the bed! The updates were great, she did everything we asked, and her communication was on point! She is also super pleasant, which helps :) I will be hiring her again and for as long as she continues to be a kitty sitter!

Phenomenal sitter. She provided daily pics of our girl and was responsive when we communicated. She also went above and beyond when we had a minor home issue. We will use her any time we're out of town.

Shannon was great! She checked in on my cat Sushi, gave her wet food, had playtime, and had lots of pets. She even went back to my house a second time in one day because the lock malfunctioned and she wanted to check on Sushi. She went above and beyond!

It is evident that Shannon loves cats. She is great with our 4 kitties. When we did our meet and greet, we could tell they liked her right away. 3 are geriatric siblings with some minor health issues and Shannon just takes it in stride. We feel so comfortable leaving them in her care.

Shannon is amazing! My cats are very sweet but are shy and hissy at new people. Shannon charmed both of them and was able to administer liquid medication without fuss and even got my hissiest stranger-danger cat to eat treats from her hand. 10 out of 10 care! She sent great photos and notes and I have never felt so calm and confident being away from my girls.
