She spent extra time taking care of them, making sure they were okay and even went above and beyond looking after the mama. It was a stressful time, leaving behind new borns, but with Phoebe looking after them I had no concerns at all. She made sure they were safe and sent detailed messages and pictures so it was clear exactly how they were doing. There were other pets in the house, but she was easily able to manage what was asked of her. She kept her composure and still made sure Sage was comfortable, well cared for, and had everything she needed. Ashley also went above and beyond by taking the extra time to tidy up Sage’s area and a few other things during her visit, which I really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed how attentive and caring she is. She also kept us updated on everything from litter box cleaning to eating habits, which meant so much while we were so far away. You can tell immediately that Nan genuinely cares about animals and treats them like her own. The boys looked happy, relaxed, loved, and completely comfortable in every photo she sent.
