We are always available during major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas but reach out early because bookings fill up quickly!

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Cats are unique and each has their own personality. Cats can get shy and anxious or aggressive when their humans leave, which can be normal. We work with our human clients to learn the particular needs of each cat to maximize their wellbeing during our visits. You know your cat best and we’ll work with you to give your kitties the best care, no matter what.

Had to make a last minute reservation and they were willing to take care of my boys! They did a wonderful job and were very attentive! They even vacuumed up litter off the floor and managed to fix their water fountain when my youngest broke it! Very communicative and sent tons of pictures! I will definitely book again!!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
