My name is Madelynn and I have a senior cat of my own! I’ve cat sat for many people before, including multiple cats in one home, cats with medical issues, behavioral issues, as well as kittens as young as 5 months. With having a senior cat, I’m very used to giving cats medications (in many different ways- my cat has definitely evolved to like pills less and less as he’s aged so I have a few tricks up my sleeve). I adopted my cat BB (short for Bellybutton) from a shelter in 2017, and he's 13 years old- he's the black cat in my profile and cover photo! The shelter I got him from is one that I volunteered for when I lived in Maryland; while I haven't gotten a chance to volunteer at the shelters here in Durham yet, I'm hoping to start soon! I’m a graduate student at Duke, so my schedule is very flexible- I have a few classes in the afternoons Tuesday ...

This is the third time we have worked with Madelynn and we have been so very grateful to her for how caring and kind she has been to our cats. She is a pro at medications, and patient and kind with our senior cats. One already warmed up to her, but another of our cats was also cuddling with her by the end of the week! The updates were great, as were the photos. We will definitely book her again!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
