Penny is absolutely wonderful and has become our go-to cat sitter. I believe this is the fifth or sixth time she has cared for Kobi and Loki, and at this point she feels like family. She is always on time, sends great photo updates, asks questions when needed, and responds promptly. What really stood out this stay was that our tuxedo cat, Loki, who is usually very skittish, became so comfortable with Penny that he spent afternoons relaxing with her on the porch. Both cats clearly adore her. As an added bonus, she leaves the house clean and tidy every time. We trust Penny completely and will continue booking her whenever we travel. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Penny is amazing. No one likes to leave their babies alone at home to go away. But knowing she is there playing cat songs to my “fraidy cat” cat and drawing him out is heart warming and makes it just a little easier. Thank you Penny! You rock.

Penny was gentle and sensitive with PenPen. she sent me pics. PenPen usually goes to bathroom counter for treat and shot. when she stayed in her window perch, Penny worked with her and gave her the shot from there.

I wasn’t going to comment anything about this caretaker at first but after the upset this has caused my cats I feel people should know. We were gone for four days and had her visit twice for 20 minute visits. I felt the price was alright given they would receive excellent care. After an initial visit after we gave her instructions she texted us questions about things that were already discussed. She stayed about 45 minutes both times, which was out of kindness to make the cats comfortable however is a bit unsettling now. The apartment reaked of cat litter when we returned and it did not appear like she did it at all. our toilet was also full of (I’m assuming human?) poop which is just odd. The main concern is that now both of my cats have fleas. they do not go outside and have not ever had this issue. We have needed to vacuum and clean all surfaces multiple times and bathe our cats however with it not resolving today we will also be needing to get medication which is costly

Penny was great working with PenPen, my shy cat. Penny remembered every little thing that PenPen liked. she sent me pics and made me feel comfortable that my furbaby was well cared for.

even though it had been awhile, my shy cat was still comfortable with Penny. PenPen went right in the bathroom and up on the counter to get her treat and her insulin shot.

Penny took such great care of our buddy, Mo. She was super quick with her responses and genuinely cared about how he was handling us being gone. He is diabetic and for the first time I felt confident leaving him. Penny was great about his shots, he was in great spirits when we got home from our trip! There were even a couple days that she stayed a little bit longer with him because he seemed lonely, and once just because she said she had some extra time and really enjoyed Mo’s company. She even left him a cute little toy that he really enjoyed playing with while she was here. We will definitely be booking her again!

Our 2 senior cats were in excellent hands with Penny while we were out of town for a few days. She gave us updates regularly and provided so much love and attention to our boys. I especially felt comfort knowing she has experience with diabetic cats, as one of ours is. Our boys say "thank you" and look forward to seeing her again on our next trip!

This was our first time having Penny come and take care of our 5….. yes 5 babies. Penny took amazing care of all of them, and we are feeding 3 strays outside as well, and she put food out for them as well. When we came home after our trip, Penny had disposed of all the disposable bowls we had left and all the cat food cans. Penny was phenomenal and we will be booking her for our trip in late August. Penny had fantastic visit texts with lots of pictures at each visit, we had her come twice a day and she accommodated our schedule for times that our kitties required. Penny is AMAZING!!!

This was my first time using an service like this. I was nervous to try it but decided to because my oldest cat does not do well with onboarding services. Penny was a pleasure to work with! We had our initial call so that she could get an overview of my cats and then we had a meet and greet where she got to meet my cats and asked all the important questions. Penny is a very friendly and knowledable cat sitter. She is well versed in cat behavior and was able to make a special connection with my cats. Thor quickly warmed up to her and she even bonded with my younger skittish bengal Loki. While we were away she did help out with bringing in a package I wasn't expecting and watering the plants on my front porch as well as retrieving a garbage can. We definitiely will be using her services as we travel back home to Pennsylvania a bunch for family events.
