Kelly was absolutely wonderful during my trip out of town for a family emergency. My cats are not used to being left alone and are typically very hesitant around strangers, but they both warmed up to Kelly pretty fast! She handled their relatively complex meals perfectly and was incredibly accommodating with all of their needs. Her communication was excellent throughout, she sent consistent updates and lots of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away! When my trip had to be extended last minute, Kelly was even open to adding extra days and an overnight stay, which I appreciated more than I can say. Knowing my cats were safe, comfortable, and well cared for during such a stressful time meant everything :) I highly recommend Kelly and would absolutely book with her again!

Kelly was great as my one baby, Winnie, is so shy it concerned me she wouldnt come out to eat her canned food as they never met. Kelly waited for Winnie and stayed so she could eat. Shared pics and I was less stressed as I dont travel much because of my shy one.

One of our cats is usually very cautious around new people, so seeing her warm up to Kelly so quickly meant the world to us. It was obvious they felt safe, comfortable, and loved. Leaving your pets behind is never easy, but Kelly made the whole experience stress-free. She is kind, reliable, attentive, and clearly has a real love for animals. We came home to two happy, relaxed cats, and that’s the best review we could possibly give. Kelly took such good care of my furbaby while I was gone. Kept me updated with pictures daily and that did a lot to put my mind at ease. She was great with Jerry and even ended up teaching me a better way to give him medication so that was an added bonus.

Kelly continues to be a joy to work with. There were some technical glitches with the Meowtel app that required us both to take unusual steps to get under way. Kelly was very easy to work with and, as always, she took great care of our cats. She was even able to commune with Zoe, a cat who is the very queen of I Want To Be Alone!
