Kelly was absolutely wonderful during my trip out of town for a family emergency. My cats are not used to being left alone and are typically very hesitant around strangers, but they both warmed up to Kelly pretty fast! She handled their relatively complex meals perfectly and was incredibly accommodating with all of their needs. Her communication was excellent throughout, she sent consistent updates and lots of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away! When my trip had to be extended last minute, Kelly was even open to adding extra days and an overnight stay, which I appreciated more than I can say. Knowing my cats were safe, comfortable, and well cared for during such a stressful time meant everything :) I highly recommend Kelly and would absolutely book with her again!

Kelly was amazing! She met with me before the reservation and took note of the medications and care my elderly blind cat needed. She sent my updates every time she was at the home and pictures of my girl. An overall wonderful experience

Kelly continues to be a joy to work with. There were some technical glitches with the Meowtel app that required us both to take unusual steps to get under way. Kelly was very easy to work with and, as always, she took great care of our cats. She was even able to commune with Zoe, a cat who is the very queen of I Want To Be Alone! This is no small feat I assure you! Great job!

Kelly took such good care of my furbaby while I was gone. Kept me updated with pictures daily and that did a lot to put my mind at ease. She was great with Jerry and even ended up teaching me a better way to give him medication so that was an added bonus.
