She sent thoughtful updates that truly mattered to me. She also cared for my outdoor cats without hesitation. Knowing all my pets were safe and supported made all the difference. Her communication was clear and thoughtful and I loved the photos! It made me so happy to see them playing and to hear what they were up to in my absence. I have already submitted a request for my next trip - Vivian is completely worth it!"

Very good communicator, reliable, shows up when she says she will. our cats have a complicated routine of feeding and meds (including insulin shots) and she did it all very well and followed our instructions. Sent us adorable photos at each visit. Elizabeth is super nice and great to work with. You’d be lucky to have her take care of your cats."
