She had a sense of each one's character and played with them, fed them, gave meds, and kept the litter super tidy! She was especially attuned to their complicated dynamics. Her communication was clear and thoughtful and I loved the photos! It made me so happy to see them playing and to hear what they were up to in my absence. I have already submitted a request for my next trip - Vivian is completely worth it!"

While I was away, my cat had a medical decline, and Erica went above and beyond including staying later than scheduled during an emergency and providing genuine care, patience, and love. She sent thoughtful updates that truly mattered to me. She also cared for my outdoor cats without hesitation. Knowing all my pets were safe and supported made all the difference. He completes all tasks as we ask, and more than that, he interacts and plays with the young one, and speaks softly to my scaredy girls.
