Franka is an angel! she babysat our kitty for a full week and stayed at our place. She came for a meet and greet the week before and was so kind and knowledgeable which put us at ease before leaving. Not only was it clear that she understands cats and what they do/don’t like, but she gave tons of updates and pics where we could tell our cat was going about her normal day and totally at ease. Thank goodness Franka was there because our apartment had some building issues during her stay, and she was on top of it! She managed to find the super and maintenance team asap (without us since we didn’t have good service), so the issues were handled before we returned. She also left the apartment spotless. Can’t recommend her enough!! she is worth the little bit extra $ to have a true cat lover and trustworthy sitter. 😻😺

Where do we even begin? Franka has some serious cat skills. We already knew she was incredible, she’s rescued and rehomed more than seven stray cats, feeds local strays, and has glowing reviews from others, but experiencing her care firsthand took things to a whole new level. She doesn’t just feed and scoop, she connects. She spends real time with our cats, playing with them, giving them exercise, attention, and love. One of our cats is a bit of a food bully, so she carefully separates them during meals and even sits with our shy girl for 30 minutes just to make sure she eats in peace. That kind of patience is rare. She sends us daily photos, videos, and updates, so thoughtful and consistent that we genuinely feel spoiled. And the cherry on top? We come home to a house that’s so clean, it puts our professional cleaner to shame. Franka is truly one of a kind. Sweet, reliable, incredibly skilled, and so clearly passionate about what she does. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
