It was an absolute pleasure having Sonia drop in to care for my fur babies. From our initial visit, she reassured me she would care for my cats as if they were her own and to see my cats warm up to her on that first visit, I knew she would be a great fit. Sonia seemed very knowledgeable of how to care for cats and followed all instructions I gave so I felt confident they were well taken care of. She checked in with me daily and provided updates and pics that just made my day each day :) I'd highly recommend Sonia and I know when I need to go out of town again, she will be my first search!

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
