While I was away, my cat had a medical decline, and Erica went above and beyond including staying later than scheduled during an emergency and providing genuine care, patience, and love. She sent thoughtful updates that truly mattered to me. She also cared for my outdoor cats without hesitation. Knowing all my pets were safe and supported made all the difference. Very good communicator, reliable, shows up when she says she will. our cats have a complicated routine of feeding and meds (including insulin shots) and she did it all very well and followed our instructions. Sent us adorable photos at each visit. Elizabeth is super nice and great to work with. You’d be lucky to have her take care of your cats."
