Natalie was so great! this was a very last minute situation and Natalie came to our home on short notice to meet the cats and be shown around. She catered to the different personalities of my 2 cats! Natalie also kept in consistent communication regarding her visits and sent photos every day. She also helped by bringing in some packages and checking for water when it rained heavily, which was going above and beyond for us. I would absolutely work with Natalie again in a heartbeat and plan to moving forward!

Natalie consistently went above and beyond! We were anxious leaving our babies for a week but we quickly felt relief with Natalie sending pictures, videos, and updates. She gave updates on the cats’ moods and behaviors which was really assuring and at times really funny! She was patient, kind, and our cats loved her. 1000% recommend!
