Natalie was amazing! I went overseas for a week, and it was incredibly stressful at first trying to find someone I could trust to look after my senior cat. She made the whole experience worry-free. She sent me pictures every single day, was super responsive, and you could tell she genuinely cared about Smitty. He was so happy and well taken care of when I got home. Natalie was extremely detailed, communicative and thoughtful with all our babies! We knew we could enjoy our time away because they were being taken care of and we had updates each time. She was also flexible as we needed to ensure the cats had the best experience. We knew it went well when we got home and the cats were happy and calm.
