This is our second time booking Valeria to watch our vocal and anxious kitty - and we cannot say enough positive things about Valeria! She sends lots of photos and provides great updates. She also graciously stayed a bit longer than our reservation on the last day so our cat wouldn’t be home alone too long. We came home to a very tidy house and a happy cat. Thank you again!

My cat loved Valeria! While we were away on vacation, she sent tons of pictures and videos, which we loved. Jonah looked happy, entertained, and well-taken care of. When we came home, my four-year-old son said, “Valeria did a great job!” Our home was spotless too! We definitely will book Valeria again.

Valeria is a wonderful cat sitter, 10 out of 10. Valeria went above and beyond to ensure that our kitty (and her owners) felt comfortable and safe. When our kitty started acting, for the first time ever, shy and scared around a new person/cat sitter, Valeria made it her mission to earn our kitty’s trust: she was very patient, totally respected our kitty’s boundaries, and made very good and sensible decisions around food and play and just sharing the space. In the end, she won our kitty over, and had her feeling like her usual happy and outgoing self in no time. Valeria sends really good daily updates with photos and videos, and is incredibly receptive and flexible when it comes to questions, comments, requests, and the like. She also left the apartment super clean and tidy. Valeria made us feel very safe, which, in turn, helped us enjoy our trip abroad to the max. We would absolutely ask Valeria again in the future to take care of our kitty.

I couldn't be happier with the job Valeria did looking after my cats while I was away for the week. My kitties are particularly cautious around new people, but Valeria was very thoughtful in how she approached them and it's clear they warmed up to her very quickly. This was my longest time away from them, and my anxieties were quickly put to rest by her thorough updates featuring an array of happy cat pics. This was my first time using a pet sitting service and after meeting Valeria I was not nervous at all. She is a total pro and I had the utmost confidence in her ability to take care of my four cats. She responds quickly and is a great communicator. At the meet and greet, she took notes and asked questions. She was fully engaged. She sent multiple pics along with full updates while I was away. Everything was clean and taken care of- food, water and litter. Even my shy cats came out & that has never happened with other sitters! I highly recommend Valeria and will definitely book her again.

Valeria was absolutetly amazing with our two kitties. We were away for a week and she not only took great care of them, but went above and beyond.
