She even did some unexpected extras (cleaning up my cat's puke and making sure my apartment was fine after the large storm), which really shows her commitment to making sure everything is okay, which really helped quell my anxiety! I highly highly recommend her."

"Franka is an angel! she babysat our kitty for a full week and stayed at our place. She came for a meet and greet the week before and was so kind and knowledgeable which put us at ease before leaving. Not only was it clear that she understands cats and what they do/don’t like, but she gave tons of updates and pics where we could tell our cat was going about her normal day and totally at ease. Thank goodness Franka was there because our apartment had some building issues during her stay, and she was on top of it! She managed to find the super and maintenance team asap (without us since we didn’t have good service), so the issues were handled before we returned. She also left the apartment spotless. Can’t recommend her enough!! she is worth the little bit extra $ to have a true cat lover and trustworthy sitter. 😻😺"

"Sydnee was able to take care of our senior sick cat and she never asked us wether he bites or scratches when told her that he is sick and he will need to be fed by syringes twice a day. She took care of him, prepare his food accordingly and sent us pictures/videos every day letting us know how he's doing. She brought our deliveries in our home, washed out kitty's rugs, and turned on the A/C before our arrival to make us comfortable as we got home after a week. She took exceptional care of our Ralphie and I would recommend her without no hesitation to any cat parents."

It was clear from the meet/greet that she takes her cat sitting responsibilities seriously and that she was quite experienced with cats with medical needs based on her questions. She is very communicative, able to manage multiple cat medications and thoughtful. We received daily videos, photos and updates about how our cat was doing, including any signs of his IBS, what he was eating/drinking, and litter box use. She made sure to empty the litter genie and left our kitchen in tip top shape after staying over for 6 nights. I would recommend her highly."

"This was the first time we’ve used a professional cat sitter for our cats. We chose Kyle for his excellent Meowtel reviews and the kindness and calm he embodies in his profile photo. Kyle responded to all of our communication promptly, clearly and professionally. He asked insightful questions about our cats’ dispositions, health needs and play preferences. While we were away, Kyle let us know when he arrived at our home and when he left. We always received information about how our cats ate, took their medicine and what they got up to when Kyle was there. He sent photos of our cats every visit, brought some yarn 🧶 for them to play with and even brought a heftier tool to brush their thick fur. She kept us updated with multiple photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our cats were in her care. One of our cats requires insulin injections twice a day, and she handled this responsibility flawlessly.
