"Valeria was a wonderful sitter as always! She was of course great with our cat, and she sent us very meaningful updates with loads of cute pictures and videos. She also left the house super tidy and clean, making it so easy for us to come home on a Sunday evening. The first night we were gone, moreover, our a/c went out unexpectedly, and Valeria was both super patient and helpful as we worked with our landlord to get it back up and running. Will be booking Valeria again for our next trip!"

"TLDR; HIRE KYLE — Best sitter around, worth every cent! Deserves infinite amount of stars. Five stars simply aren't enough for the quality of care and comfort Kyle provides. When one of my boys came home from the hospital just three days before a crucial work trip requiring complex medical treatments 3x a day, I was an absolute nervous wreck. My original sitter understandably had to back out due to the medical requirements, and my cats mean the absolute WORLD to me. I was terrified of how I would ever find someone knowledgeable, confident with medications, and genuinely kind. Then I found Kyle. From our very first meeting, my boys immediately took to him—it was honestly shocking how comfortable they were with him right away. Kyle asked thoughtful questions, mapped out emergency symptoms, recorded vet contacts just in case I was unavailable, and made sure every detail of their care was locked down. During my trip, he was BEYOND phenomenal. He sent constant updates, photos, and videos, letting me know about their appetite and bathroom habits. For the first time in months, I could actually focus on giving my best work instead of stressing over my babies. He didn't mind my odd hour responses or my tutorial videos on how to administer meds, and when one of my boys was being picky, Kyle went completely above and beyond by offering to cook and hand feed him. "Shannon is so attentive to both my senior and high needs cats it’s given me the opportunity to actually go on vacation again! I’m an extremely anxious cat mom with a 14+ year old who needs a variety of meds twice a day and a younger, highly needy kitty it’s very hard for me to leave. Shannon is very communicative and checks in with me about any behavioral concerns right away. I have peace of mind knowing if an emergency vet visit is warranted, she has things under control!! She’s absolutely worth every penny and I will book all my future travel around her availability."
