I’ve been living with cats my entire life and truly understand that they’re not just pets, they’re family. I currently have two kitties, Kiwi and Remi, who keep life full of personality and love. I’m experienced in administering diabetes injections, anxiety medications, and daily supplements, so I’m confident caring for cats with special medical needs and following detailed care instructions closely.
I know every cat has a unique temperament, and I take the time to build trust at their pace. I will never invade on your cat’s space unless they’re comfortable with me. I will always respect their boundaries and body language. At the same time, I’m happy to cuddle, play, or give plenty of pets when they’re feeling social. I’m attentive, reliable, and committed to keeping routines consistent. You can expect regular photoshoots of your kitties and clear communication, so you always feel reassured that your cat is happy and well cared for while you’re away. What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been cat sitting since I was in high school, starting with regularly caring for my neighbors’ cats. Over the years, that naturally expanded to watching friends’ pets whenever they travel. In addition to pet sitting, I was born and raised with kitties and once I began living on my own I had to adopt two of my own. I also have experience with various medication so I’m comfortable handling both routine and more specialized care.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
When working with a new cat family, I like to visit their home before my cat sitting begins so I can meet their cat while they’re present. This helps the cat feel more comfortable with me and allows the parent to show me where everything is, including favorite treats, feeding areas, and toys. I also ask about routines, medical needs, and any behaviors to watch for so I can keep everything consistent while you’re away.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
For timid or anxious cats, I move at their pace and always respect their boundaries. I use calm body language, a soft voice, and lots of patience to build trust. When I first adopted my cat Remi, he was very timid and unsure about living in a new space. A year later, he’s my shadow during the day and cuddle buddy at night. He warmed up beautifully, it just took time and patience. I bring that same understanding and care to every cat I watch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
