"We have had many catsitters over the years -- some we felt were wonderful. Jazel stood out as better than them all. Truly. We have 2 cats; one is in end of life care. I had to travel on business for 5 days and was worried about leaving him with anyone. Jazel put my mind at ease on day one. She cared for him like I would and sent me videos. She has a keen eye for details and does things I didn't ask her to do. Example: During the recent snow, she not only dug her car out and braved the roads, but she brought a shovel and shoveled our stoop so she could open the front door. She is DEPENDABLE and takes her responsibility seriously. I can't say enough good things about Jazel. We will be using her again and again."

Kyle responded to all of our communication promptly, clearly and professionally. He asked insightful questions about our cats’ dispositions, health needs and play preferences. While we were away, Kyle let us know when he arrived at our home and when he left. We always received information about how our cats ate, took their medicine and what they got up to when Kyle was there. He sent photos of our cats every visit, brought some yarn 🧶 for them to play with and even brought a heftier tool to brush their thick fur. Our cats are friendly and inquisitive, but usually take their time getting comfortable with someone new. Kyle came to visit us prior to our vacation to meet our 14 year-old twin brothers. Both cats went to him immediately! Kyle is a natural cat whisperer. His kindness and calm energy was exactly what our Cats needed to thrive while we were away. "Avalyn visited my cat for 5 days while I was away. She was very attentive to my cat who was quickly won over by her. I use a complicated feeding system and she followed my instructions to the letter. When I came home the litter box, and space in general, was tidy. She rolled with cleaning up cat puke and him knocking over a lamp while I was gone and did a perfect job. I would totally use her services again."

When asked whether she could administer subcutaneous fluids to Bella as medication, she was willing and able to do so. Bella also has a complex feeding routine with multiple medications, and she also picked this up very quickly.
