My oldest cat is named kitty, I know original cat name. She is a rescued cat that has been through a rough childhood. Therefore she tends to be more shy and reserved and just likes to feel safe and comfortable at a distance. My second cat is named boots because of his black fur and white paws that resemble a boot. He is an energetic cat that will feel like being in a race all day everyday. And lastly my kitten is named Donatella, she is a curious kitten that will try everything to appease her curiosity.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

My typical process for working with a new cat parent is simple. I ask about their cat, how they like to be treated and if they need any special medication or support. Then I ask the cat parent if they have anything specific that they would like me to do or don’t do. And finally I would observe the cats behavior to ensure that I am not overstepping my boundaries and act accordingly.

What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite cat toy undoubtedly is a laser pointer, it’s one of the best toys if used appropriately. The cat will feel safe since there is no contact that might alarm them. While at the same time they will spend their energy chasing the laser around their home. The laser pointer can also be used to build trust with a cat by helping them realize that you are not a threat to their environment while they are busy hunting.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
