⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is our third time booking Hayley for Nui, and she just keeps getting better. Hayley is everything you want in a cat sitter — she’s attentive, flexible, and genuinely loving with animals. She sent photos throughout the trip so we could see Nui was happy and comfortable, handled a package pickup and plant watering with professionalism, and worked around our schedule with zero fuss. She even left a sweet gift for Nui, which completely melted us. You can tell she doesn’t just care for pets — she actually loves them. We’ll keep booking Hayley as long as she’ll have us, and we recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a sitter they can truly trust.

Hayley was so good with our cats! I was worried as our older cat needs insulin injections, but Hayley handled it all purrfectly! And clearly, the cats love her, they even greet her at the door!

Hayley was great to work with from start to finish. This was my first time using a sitting service and not friends to help watch my cats while away, and I am incredibly happy Hayley made the experience so comforting. I had to make a late reservation for Christmas week because my normal cat sitter had a family emergency and Hayley was kind and understanding about the late notice. She was quick to work with me and gracious in her understanding of my situation. Hayley was consistent, always sent pictures of my cats, communicated anything that seemed amiss while I was gone, and kept in great contact both while she was at my house and when she wasnt. She followed the instructions I had for everything, was respectful of my home, and was lovely to just lightly chat with amongst the details we would discuss about the cats and her being at my place. I highly recommend Hayley as someone to take care of your cats when you need the comfort of knowing they are cared for completely and are in good hands while you are away. It will sound very 80s-infomertial-like, but Im very glad *I* did.

This was the second time Hayley watched our cats for us while we traveled. Her communication and details are appreciated so much. Also, she was very flexible, helping us medicate one of our cats and, at our request during our trip, checking on his incision when we were concerned. Thanks Hayley!

My wife and I are always a little nervous/sad when having to leave our cats behind for any extended period of time. Hayley was so great with our cats and communicating to us that it allowed us to actually relax on our vacation, ha. She went above and beyond to help with each of our cats’ weird little quirks to make their time without us more comfortable. When we need a cat sitter in the future, Hayley will be who we turn to.

Hayley is very good with sharing info about our cat with us. Everything in the litter box and feeding area is cleaned up.

She visited during the agreed times and checked in on our pets, she sent pictures of them everyday. We appreciate having someone come by and check on them, making sure things were OK and all of their needs were met. thanks again!

Haley is a wonderful, reliable cat sitter. Within 5 minutes of arriving for a meet and greet both girls had warmed up to her! This says a lot since one of our cats is more reserved. While we were away, we received daily photos of the girls as well as any needed correspondence. I will definitely use Hayley again for future reservations.
