"This was my first time using Meowtel and I will definitely be using it again to reserve excellent cat care with Elyse! I have three kitties ranging in age from kitten to senior. My senior cat is on multiple medications and had just had a health scare the day before we left to visit family for Thanksgiving. I took her to an urgent care vet and had instructions for administering meds and watching out for symptoms. Elyse was so professional about putting me at ease and assuring me that she knew how to care for my cat and how to handle an emergency if needed. During our trip, she sent daily text updates with photos and videos. I am so grateful that I could spend the holiday with my family several states away and have total peace of mind about my pets. "Lisa did a GREAT job taking care of my two cats! I can tell that she did because since I’ve been back they have been calm and happy. There has been no “revenge” poo. Sorry but that’s true and what usually happens when I’m gone for a while. She managed to make a shy scaredy cat calm and a sometimes grouchy and bully cat sweet to his sister! I could not be more pleased with her and I will definitely use her again❣️"

"Monroe was a wonderful first experience for us as a cat sitter during our wedding and honeymoon! Our cat is on the shy side and they took the time for him to warm up to them. They sent daily pictures and even after a miscommunication responded quickly and corrected the mistake! They also brought packages inside unprompted, which was very much appreciated. We are very thankful and hope to use Monroe as a cat sitter again in the future!"

During this time, Rascal was (to put it mildly) "temperamental" but Molly still made sure to feed Rascal and scoop her litter box despite the hissing and screaming. Molly was also punctual with her visits, communicated with me via my preferred contact method, and responded to questions within a reasonable time. I plan to hire Molly again next time I leave town!"

"Lea was fantastic with both of my cats. She was caring and took extra time to make sure she had all the care details for my older diabetic boy (who is also on other medications). Lea also managed to convince my little cat that hides to come out and socialize. I was pleasantly surprised to see pictures of her out and about. The pictures of them hanging out, receiving affection and treats, and playing were wonderful. Lea did an amazing job and I would recommend her!"
