This was my first time using Meowtel and I will definitely be using it again to reserve excellent cat care with Elyse! I have three kitties ranging in age from kitten to senior. My senior cat is on multiple medications and had just had a health scare the day before we left to visit family for Thanksgiving. I took her to an urgent care vet and had instructions for administering meds and watching out for symptoms. Elyse was so professional about putting me at ease and assuring me that she knew how to care for my cat and how to handle an emergency if needed. During our trip, she sent daily text updates with photos and videos. I am so grateful that I could spend the holiday with my family several states away and have total peace of mind about my pets. As usual, Elyse was amazing with my crew. I came home from a long trip to be greeted by happy kitties that were well fed and cared for, which always takes such a weight off my shoulders when I have to travel. She even had my really shy girl greeting her at the door and coming up to her for attention! Elyse is always very attentive and thorough, even during shorter visits. Best cat sitter ever!

I was very impressed by the reviews that were on this site for Elyse. It made it easier to invite her into my home to meet and care for my cat Sebastian. Elyse took the time to come by ahead of the date where she would be caring for Sebastian to meet him and help him get comfortable with her. He was at ease right away. She took care notes of the things that she needed to know, where his toys were, what treats he likes, what to feed him, etc. While I was away, she thoughtfully took pictures of the two of them playing. It put me completely at ease to leave my beloved pet in her care. She is a real gem.

Elyse did a great job caring for my senior gentleman (who has several medications and a routine) and his younger lady companion (who is a shy girl). She sent me a lot of wonderful pictures and videos that gave me peace of mind while I was gone.

This was Elyse's second time babysitting my boy (a diabetic senior with special diet instructions and other meds) and they got along wonderfully, just like the first time. HUGE fan of Elyse. My cat is almost 18 and has kidney disease, so being attentive to her health is extremely important. She's also not a fan of even the best strangers, which makes travel even more challenging for me. Elyse is such an understanding, attentive, communicative caregiver. I needed to travel overseas, and Elyse worked with me ahead of time to ensure we had the best possible care plan in place for my cat. We were able to coordinate beautifully to manage my cat's health and care. This trip was so needed and so successful, and I came home to a healthy, happy cat. Thank you so much for your help, Elyse!! Elyse continues to be amazing, being flexible enough to accommodate my "bonus cat" staying with me while my friend moves. She is caring and attentive while being very thorough - the kitties always appreciate the time she spends with them! Also, she's observant enough to notice changes in a cat's demeanor. Elyse was concerned when my older cat didn't come meet her at the door, and gave me a heads up about it, which was very much appreciated.

Elyse was AMAZING! She visited promptly every day that she was scheduled, and made sure she took time to actually pay attention to the cats! No "feed, scoop, and ditch" for us, the two outgoing cats had playtime every day and I got plentiful pics. Elyse even offered to make sure the fish were fed. Every instruction was followed to the letter and the cats loved her. Maybe the most impactful of all: my painfully shy cat who never comes out when she hears any new voice not only came out to see Elyse but ALSO CHOSE TO SIT IN HER LAP. This cat barely sits in my lap, much less a new person! This tells me all I need to know about Elyse's skill as a cat sitter. 1000/10, will hire again!!

Our cats sitter (Elyse) came every day for 45 minutes. she fed both of our cats, cleaned up after one of the cats, played with both cats, sent photos and videos of the cats playing, she picked up the mail, and watered some of the indoor plants.

She came over a few days before I left to meet my kitty and go over her information. Then while I was away, I received updates with pictures and video each day which was perfect. Elyse has done a wonderful job caring for Prince (15 years old) both times she has catsat him. They have become buddies. She is great at administering medication, both injection and transdermal, and helping if needed, such as cleaning the face. She takes great pictures and videos of adorable moments and play time. I will be hiring her again to take care of my fluffy little guy!

The cat reservation went very well. Not having used a professional cat sitting service we had our reservation moving forward with the service. We invited Elyse to come to our house and see the layout of the house and meet our two cats before the service started. We paid for the meeting but we felt that the meeting was worth it. I might add that Elyse volunteered to water our plants while we were away. This activity was above our expectations. We will try to use Elyse as our cat sitter in the future.

She did a great job checking on the cats and making sure they got their treats and play time! I always got excellent updates ,pics, and videos. This is the second time she has helped us and i will book her again !
