Hi! I’ve had cats my entire life and currently have two indoor cats of my own, so caring for cats is something that has always been a part of my life. I understand that every cat has their own personality, routines, and comfort levels, and I believe it’s important to give each one the care and attention they need.

Whether your cat is outgoing and playful, shy and independent, or somewhere in between, I’ll take the time to get to know them and respect their boundaries. What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy meeting the new cats and getting to know their personalities. Each cat is so special, and to be loved by them is one of the greatest honors!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have 2 cats. My oldest boy is 10 and is named Gartrell, and my other cat is named Girl Melanie and she is 6 (both named from different TV shows). My boy cat is white with gray spots and has the cutest upside down heart on his nose. My girl cat is solid black with piercing green eyes. The two of them together is the sweetest thing to witness. I’m so grateful they chose me!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I follow the instructions to a T and make sure to communicate as much and often as needed to keep everyone on the same page 100% of the time. Comfort and ease are a big priority for me as the sitter, and as someone who understands the trust that is required to have someone take care of a family member so special.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
