Greetings! 😺 My name is Crystal and I would love the chance to meet you and your furbaby. 😸 I have always been extremely passionate about all animals, but cats will always hold a special place in my heart. I have owned cats my entire life and I currently have two, named Octavious and Luna. I have been pet sitting for friends, family and referrals for the last 5 years, at least, and I love being able to create a bond with my clients. I know cats can be very particular and I am dedicated to learning what each pet likes or dislikes, how they like to be handled (or just looked upon from a safe distance, I get it, stranger danger!), and their favorite treats or activities. 😻 A little bit more about my life... First and foremost, Crystal is an amazing cat sitter! I’m a first time pet owner who had never used a pet/cat sitter before and was a bit nervous. I contacted Crystal and the rest was history! Crystal was super great with my cats who are usually a bit shy around new people. She sent some good pictures of my babies which helped put my mind at ease while I was away. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
