Plans for a week long trip took an unexpected twist when Pumpkin hurt her paw/leg jumping one week prior. She needed medication and rearrangements to my living space to keep her safe as she recovered from the injury. I had already booked with Crystal for the trip. She provided honest updates and pictures of each visit. She notices subtle details and changes. She elevated her bowls to help Pumpkin stand more comfortably when eating. When it looked like Pumpkin was ready to advance to some play time, Crystal added that to her visit. Each next step during the week added up to help strengthen her paw/leg. When I arrived home one week later Pumpkin’s pace was considerably more of a waltz than a limp!! Knowing Crystal’s care, compassion and experience with kitties would be there taking care of my girl made all the difference for me while I was away. I appreciate Crystal and I am grateful for Crystal’s skilled services. Highly recommend!!

Crystal did an amazing job taking care of all of out pets. She was exceptionally attentive to their needs, making all our pets feel comfortable and cared for while we were away. She also kept in very regular contact. It lifts a huge load off of your mind to know that your pets are safe and relaxed while you are away.

My kitty felt so relaxed and supported by Crystal’s care. This was evident in the pictures Crystal included with her daily updates. When I came home my kitty looked like she had been at a spa - ◡̈ - she looked so comfortable when I walked through the door! She approved of Crystal which means a lot to me. I will definitely check Crystal’s availability when I need a cat sitter!

Took good care of our derps. cleaned litter, refilled food and water, gave wet food. Our problem children who need meds were skittish initially, but able to give to one on second visit. Sent pics and updates.

This was my second time booking Crystal and she is simply phenomenal! My old man is nearly 18 years old and I’m incredibly anxious when I have to leave him. With Crystal, he not only receives excellent care in terms of the basics, but he’s truly cared for. Her updates are so fun and detailed. No detail is spared and that means so much to me. She has even managed to capture so many excellent photos of my guy, who is known to be camera shy! If you’re a nervous nelly like me, and want a sitter who you can trust will truly care for your kitties in every sense of the word, Crystal is the perfect choice!

Crystal is absolutely amazing! she took such great care of my cat while I was traveling. We felt so comfortable leaving Tweek in Crystal’s care. Crystal sent pics and an update every visit, and I could tell Tweek was super happy and comfortable with Crystal. I can’t thank her enough!!

I am a very anxious mom to 3 kitties. One of my boys needs daily medications and I don't like to leave him for very long. Crystal was an excellent caretaker while I was away for a long weekend. She made sure my boy got his meds and that all three of them got plenty of pets and treats. The daily updates and photos I received from her assured me that they were in good hands!
