Although I am a cat free home due to the current dogs I own. I have had cats all my life. And they are frequent tenants at my families horse farm. Of course our rates consist of catching slick field mice in order to stay with us. Cats to me are just as fun to be around as dogs. Each cat has their own personality that I love getting to know. It’s a cats domain when first becoming acquainted and pairing. I let each cat take the reigns and go at their own pace. If I happen to have a ghost cat on my hands, which rarely happens. I ensure that I create an environment that is calming. That is my goal for each cat... Although I am a cat free home due to the current dogs I own. I have had cats all my life. To create an environment while I take care of them that will put them most at ease. While I care for cats I require these key factors: Ensuring the litter box is tidy. This usually means daily cleaning. Ensuring their food is up to par. Ensuring that I am at least dropping in once a day. (Note: this is a requirement when booking with me and is non negotiable. This ensures the safety of your cats and your home). Ensuring that if your cat enjoys the company of humans, we are doing some form of mental stimulation. And lastly, health and well being of the cat. Which include their overall demeanor, food and water intake, if they are having accidents or spitting up that would be cause for concern.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have Owned cats throughout my life. I have been constantly caring for cats for 6 years now. I have taken care of indoor/outdoor cats, cats that walk on leash, EOL cats, and medically fragile cats.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I think it’s great that each cat has their own individual personality. I love getting to know each cat and what their personality entails.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes I mostly stay home during peak holiday seasons and travel outside of that. I stay local during peak holidays. I find have something planned it will show on my calendar

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
