"Abigail is a literal life saver. I was stranded out of state during a major snowstorm, she was in the middle of the storm and still managed to calm my major anxiety about leaving my fur babies alone. Her communication is above and beyond, she truly cares about her clients, and she has seriously amazing intuition. She treats my cats as if they were her own, braving the elements to get to them as soon as she could. When she could have easily delayed or canceled a visit, she shoveled out her car early in the morning to check on my two divas. I couldn't be more grateful."

"Hillary by far met and exceeded our expectations. Even the meet and greet was above and beyond. She is very professional and takes her job as cat sitter very seriously. She truly loves what she does, and it shows! Our meet and greet was very through, covering all the basics, and she went on to make a spreadsheet with all the info, which I personally loved, as I love organization. Our cat is VERY shy when it comes to new people. It often takes a long time for him to get comfortable with others. Once he gets to know you, he is super affectionate. With Hillary, he did hide for the meet and greet, but the first day she arrived as cat sitter when we were away, he was active, playing, and gobbling up all the Churus she was giving him! My heart burst seeing him be so open with someone so new to his world. That alone puts Hillary as the first line of contact for a cat sitter for us when we travel! Something I especially loved about her, though it may seem insignificant to others, is how she wanted to know that we got back ok, that our cat was doing well, and that if for some reason we didn’t get back when we were supposed to, to let her know if we needed her to stop by again. That is true dedication, compassion, and customer service all wrapped up in one extraordinary cat sitter! Thank you for all you do, Hillary! We will be sure to book you when whenever we are in need of a cat sitter!"

"Cianna is an in-the-flesh fairy catmother. I don’t even know where to begin with how spectacular she is—she’s not phoning anything in, she’s the *real deal*. I gleaned from the reviews that she’s something special, but she blew all of my expectations by far! For starters, she’s just a total cat whisperer. My shy guys warmed up to her *immediately*, never seen anything like it. My geriatric cat ate so well for her I think she actually gained back some weight, and played with her tail up in the air like I hadn’t seen her do for months since my dad (her original owner) died 🥹. She handled an emergency vet for an irritated eye so gracefully, and literally sang to my cat to calm him down because I mentioned he seems to like it. She had him so at ease he was making biscuits in the exam room with her. She got my nervous cat completely over his fear of ceiling fans (serious blessing since we’ve just had a heatwave—thank you!). Not only did she bring toys for them but she made some out of empty cat food boxes and toilet paper rolls to keep them entertained and also rigged some to dispense treats for my food motivated guy. She taught me so much about enriching their environment just through her daily(+) pics/vids and updates, which were very thorough and such a joy to read/see! She really just came in here and improved all of our lives, no kidding. She spent over a week in my home with my crew and she took the best care of absolutely everything. She asks the most insightful questions and genuinely cares about her fur-clients happiness and well-being. She also dealt with an unforeseen complication involving another client’s pet that could have potentially impacted mine with the utmost professionalism and timeliness and was proactive in ensuring my guys were kept safe. I just can’t say enough about her! To say I’m impressed is a huge understatement. She’s a gem. Excellent at her job and a really lovely person, all around!"
