"Nathan always takes wonderful care of our kitty Nelson, and this time was no exception. Nathan sent plenty of (hilarious!) updates and photos of his adventures with Nelson, which we appreciated, and carefully followed our instructions. Unfortunately, Nelson had a little puke incident while we were gone, which Nathan (1) let us know about prompty, (2) did his best to clean up and (3) also amended his care to try to prevent further episodes. We felt bad about the inconvenience, but Nathan was really nice about it. I worry less about being gone when Nathan is around! 10/10, will continue to book again."

She scheduled a pre-visit to meet them before my trip and went over the plan with me, then followed everything we discussed perfectly. She was reliable and on time for every visit, and her updates, pictures, and videos were so consistent that I never felt like I needed to check in with her. It is clear she truly cares about animals.
