My own two cats are spoiled and deeply loved, but my boyfriend has officially drawn the line at two, so I’ve found the perfect ... Hello! I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud cat mom, my friends and coworkers even wish me a Happy Mother’s Day every year (and I take that very seriously!). I have extensive experience caring for both cats and dogs, and I truly enjoy providing cats with the love, attention, and care they deserve while their humans are away.
My own two cats are spoiled and deeply loved, but my boyfriend has officially drawn the line at two, so I’ve found the perfect solution: loving on your cat(s) while you’re away! Whether you’re on vacation, a work trip, or just need a reliable sitter, I’d be honored to step in and make sure your furry family member feels safe, happy, and cared for.
Outside of this, I am a plant parent and work in higher education, and working towards my masters degree. I travel for work for a few weeks throughout September and October, which is why my availability is limited during that time.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Since I already have 2 and cannot have anymore at the moment, I really enjoy building a new relationship with a new sweet animal. I love making them feel safe and comfortable to ease the anxiety of their pet parent being away.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have two cats, I have one sassy girl Mina (long haired calico, just turned 3.) I also have my sweet sweet loving boy Milo (short haired, gray, just turned 1.) I adopted both of them, Mina at 14 weeks and Milo at 12 weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
I would say make sure you introduce your cat(s) to this person atleast once while you are present. I do this, simply because I get nervous and always want to make sure Mina and Milo are ok around that person. First interactions are everything, and if you are there for it, it will make the cats feel a little more comfortable and confident in building a new relationship.

Alexa was wonderful. One of our cats requires a lot of medication right now, and Alexa was very good with administering it with as little fuss from him as possible. Impressive given that our hands were getting torn up the week before. She was very responsive and sent us pictures each visit. We will definitely consider her next time we need a sitter!

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Pawtucket cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $26.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
