Megan was absolutely wonderful! She took great care of my cat, Sam, and kept me updated with photos and details. She even went above and beyond by vacuuming around the litterbox and making sure everything was clean. It was such a relief to know Sam was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Megan was great with my babies. she gave me updates and photos with every visit and stayed for the entire time if not a little longer. this was the first time I left them alone like this so I was very concerned about how they would react but from Megan’s updates I know that they did great!

This was my first time using Meowtel and Megan made an excellent first impression! From the meet and greet she was flexible and punctual with our agreed upon time. So easy to talk to,and my cats warmed up to her right away. She followed my instructions to the letter .She was so kind about the extra surprises left by my grumpy old lady (hairballs, outside box poops) and did not hesitate to go the extra mile so we came home to a clean place. She sent updates with photos every visit so I was able to relax on my trip! I would not hesitate to set up another reservation with her ❤️

Megan was very thorough. Followed my instructions perfectly. She also spent time playing with my 4 boys and giving them pets and affection. She sent pictures and updates each time she visited (twice daily). Very communicative. Will definitely hire her again for future trips.

One of our cats is usually super shy around strangers, but during the meet-and-greet he flopped down at her feet and let her pet him. Very happy with the care she provided for our cats.
