Jan is amazing with our sometimes shy kitties. And she was able to give our squirmy Biscuit his transdermal medication while we were gone. She also sent great photos and videos of our two cats for every visit. She is the best!

We’ve been looking for a reliable cat sitter since moving to the area a year ago. It’s safe to say we have found the one! Jan is great; she is very professional and took notes to ensure our kitties had the best care possible. She kept us informed with daily videos and photos. Even our shy kitty played with Jan! We use Jan every time we leave the house for a few days. We can rely on Jan to take great care of the cats and give them plenty of ove while we are gone. Jan brings homemade treats over for the cats so they have some new toys to play with. She’s obviously a great cat mom and cares for our cats as though they were her own.

From the moment that I met Jan when she first came to my home to meet me and them, I knew after talking to her for 5 minutes (and she stayed to talk with me for 45 minutes!) that I had picked the right person to care for them while I was away for a week. She went above and beyond in her taking care of them! All three of my cats hide whenever a new person comes over. However, within two days of her coming over she had ALL of them out of their hiding spots, playing with her and getting pets from her! I was absolutely astounded to see that! Jan is truly a cat whisperer of the finest and highest degree!!!!! She sent me multiple photos and videos every single day of them looking happy and playing with her! I think my cats actually may now like her more than me! She also brought in my mail and the Amazon packages I received. I cannot say enough about the absolutely exquisite care and love she gave to my three cats. When I have to leave town in the future it will be Jan and only Jan that will be watching them!! I 100% recommend her!!! She is absolutely the best cat sitter I have ever had!!!!!

Jan was fantastic with our cats. She brought new toys, brushed and played with each of our cats while we were gone. She even clipped their claws! We have two cats that are still separated wile we acclimate them. Jan was very careful to keep them apart and give them individual attention. Our cats were all very happy while we were gone. I think they were still looking for Jan once we did get home :) I'll also note that it was just before Christmas and Jan made sure any packages or mail were brought in and put in a safe place where the cats couldn't get to any boxes. We highly recomend Jan and plan to call her whenever we need a pet sitter.

Jan was awesome! We booked kind of last-minute and scheduling a meet and greet was a breeze. She is an experienced cat owner and knew how to handle our friendly snuggle bug as well as our older cat that would rather not have anything to do with anybody. She even went above and beyond bringing packages into the house, offered to water plants, and sent multiple pictures and videos each day. We felt completely comfortable leaving our cats at home. When we need kitty-care services in the future we will definitely see if Jan is available again.

I would like to take this opportunity to review our experience with Jan. We had been using a petsitting service for the last 20 years. We never had anything to compare to beforehand. I wish we had found Jan 20 years ago. She is by far the best pet sitter we have ever had. Jan deeply cares about the pets she is caring for. The fact that she actually spends time with your cats takes pictures/videos of them plays with them is going well beyond what one would expect from a pet-sitting service. In addition, Jan had to provide meds twice per day for one of our cats. I would highly recommend Jan.
