This was our first time to use Diane and I have to say she is amazing! We have five cats, three of which are elderly and on daily medication. Diane was able to pill the cats with no problem. One of the elderly cats inexplicably stopped eating, which Diane alerted us to immediately. With our permission, she coordinated with our next-door neighbor who took the cat to the vet for a check up. Diane is responsive, caring, thorough and kept us informed with updates, photos and videos throughout our time away. She also played with our cats each day which they loved. Diane is a treasure!

Thank you, Diane, for loving and caring for my cat, Pumpkin. She administered his medicine and even had to clean up his vomit as he is a senior cat and ill. She spent time petting him and grooming him and making sure his litter box was always clean. Pumpkin was obviously happy because he ate all his food and she sent me lots of pictures and videos where he was purring. She took out the trash and left my house as pristine as it was when I left. I definitely will use her services again.

When I met Diane I knew my Micky Boy would like her. Diane has a great personality and kept us updated every day. She was wonderful with Micky. TL;DR: Diane is fantastic! We recently moved to the area and didn’t know or trust any of our neighbors yet, especially when it came to our cats. We turned to Meowtel to find a true cat-loving sitter. After browsing the sitters available for our area, we settled on Diane. She came over for an initial meet and greet before we went on vacation and one of our two cats instantly greeted her (she’s a great judge of character). Our other cat is shy and hides when guests are over. During our week away, Diane sent multiple photos and videos on her designated visit days, which was great for our peace of mind. Our shy cat even came out from under the bed, which is a huge deal! She never comes out for strangers; she’s very skittish. Diane’s updates were comprehensive and she even brought in some packages for us that were waiting on our doorstep. We were very satisfied with the care she provided for our two cats. So satisfied in fact that a week later we hired her again for another week-long trip we were taking. This second time, our shy cat came out of her shell even more and allowed Diane to pet her! Our shy cat has NEVER come out for guests, let alone let anyone else pet her! She has legitimately never been pet by anyone else but my husband and me because she is always hiding when people come over. It’s truly a testament to Diane’s cat whispering skills that our scaredy cat came out of her shell for Diane. I couldn’t recommend her enough and we will definitely be turning to her the next time we need someone to watch our cats.

I recently moved to Texas from Michigan and spent a lot of time looking for someone to care for my four cats. I found Diane and was amazed at how easily they felt comfortable with her.
