Seeing each different personality of each cat I encounter is by far the most enjoyable thing. It makes each bond unique and memorable.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I usually like to meet a new cat before their owners are away if possible. I want to make sure that the new cat I'm watching over is somewhat familiar or had a minute to meet me, as not to induce any stress or anxiety.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes I am mostly available during holidays, as I don't celebrate any holidays. Usually I spend those days doing any errands I can get done.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
