Sana’s exceptional attention to detail and communication was comforting to us while we were away. Ophelia rarely comes out for people she doesn’t know and the fact that she not only came downstairs, but also let Sana pet her is almost unheard of! We will definitely use Sana in the future and recommend her to our friends and family.

Sana was outstanding! We enjoyed our meet and greet time and were impressed by the thoughtful questions she asked. She gave excellent care to our rather anti social cat! She let Lucy dictate the interaction and respected her quirks. Sana was also very flexible in working with our having to cut the water off (insurance reasons) for the duration of her care. Everything went perfect! The main priority was medicine for our kitten, but Sana went beyond that and we couldn’t be more than appreciative of everything. Sana is amazing! My partner and I have three cats; one of them is senior with special needs, and because two of them don't get along, there are barriers that need to be maintained at all times. In the past we've relied on friends because we were nervous that it'd be "too much" someone who didn't know us. Plus, the idea of leaving our boys with a stranger is scary! Sana put all of those worries to rest. She was so understanding & kind about everything - including the things we worried were "too much" - and she went above and beyond to make sure we'd be comfortable leaving our cats and our home in her care. We received thorough updates (w/ pics & videos!) on a daily basis while we were away, and when we returned from our trip the house was nice & tidy and we could definitely tell the boys were well cared for while we were gone. Can't recommend Sana enough, and we definitely plan to work with her again for future trips!

Sana was absolutely amazing. I have such anxiety leaving my cat because of recent health issues but felt so much better knowing Sana was taking care of her. She gave detailed updates with each visit along with photos and Bella even came out to spend time with her when she visited (she is very shy with new people). Sana is incredible! We’ve had very bad experiences with other sitters in the past, but our first impression of her eased our minds. She is incredibly professional and VERY sweet. One of our boys has some separation anxiety and he fell in love with her. She went above and beyond caring for our guys, and always updated us with plenty of pictures and videos. If we had more friends with cats we’d be recommending her nonstop. Our whole household loves her!

Sana was a delight to work with. She catsat for me during three nearly back-to-back trips. She was proactive in reaching out to set up a meet and greet, and handled what we're some pretty complex medication and feeding instructions with ease. Sana was an amazing caretaker for my kitty who is elderly. She made me feel at ease with her regular updates and photos of my kitty and she shared detailed descriptions of his daily eating and drinking habits.
