What I enjoy most about cat sitting is the opportunity to bond with cats and provide pet parents with peace of mind. Building a connection with each cat, getting to know their unique personalities, and earning their trust is incredibly rewarding. Whether it's through playtime, cuddles, or simply being present, the bond formed during cat sitting is special and fulfilling. Additionally, knowing that I'm helping pet parents feel secure knowing their furry friends are well cared for while they're away brings me great satisfaction. I have two cats myself named Grace (9 yr old female tabby cat) and Chip (2 yr old male black cat). That are polar opposites and behave like siblings. But secretly love each other and hate being separated for any reason.

Mary did an amazing job looking after my two cats. She gave them their medications and ensured they ate all their food. She provided me with updates and photos of my cats. She went above and beyond when a fire alarm went off in the building. We weren't getting any information on whether this alarm was real so she took my cats out of the apartment and had then safely secured outside until it was confirmed there was no danger. When I returned, my cats looked great (one of them even gained some weight back after having lost some due to illness). I will definitely book with her again.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
