"Jacob was VERY responsive to my texts, communicated well and clearly, and came over in advance to meet my 4 cats, all of whom came out to meet him as well. He has a gentle manner, they were all interested in him, and I liked the way he interacted with them. Jacob showed up when he was supposed to, stayed overnight, left my house in good condition, and most importantly, my cats appeared happy when I got home. Jacob stopped by the day afterward to pick up something and my rowdy cat ran over to him repeatedly and was clearly happy to see him! What I especially liked was that each time my cat came over to rub around Jacob's legs, Jacob bent down to stroke and talk to him in a natural way. He clearly enjoys cats. In talking with Jacob, he also seemed to "get" the personalities of all 4 of my cats, each of whom is quite different. Would ABSOLUTELY and UNEQUIVOCABLY recommend Jacob and I will be using him in the future."
