My schedule is very flexible and so I am available for most Holidays, if not all, throughout the year.

What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite cat toys are strings, feathers and bouncy balls. My absolute all-time favorite for exercise purpose are laser lights.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

When a cat is timid or anxious, I first try to give them a treat they love or give them their favorite toy to play with. I also just sit on the floor and let them come to me, which they normally do. I let them sniff me, rub against me, whatever they need so they know they can trust me.

Luz was absolutely incredible with my boys! It was our first time using an at-home service and she gave me so much peace of mind that my kitties were happy and safe while we were away! They were extremely timid at first but Luz was so kind and gentle with them. She showed up every day (even Christmas!) and sent pictures and videos which was also so helpful and fun to look at. She left the house super clean as well. It was an absolute godsend to find her and we will definitely call her for any future trips!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
