I like to go about my visits ... Hi! I have grown up around cats since I was a kid and have almost always had one in the house. I love these little supreme beings no matter how sassy (it's cute). I've been a Veterinary Assistant for 3 years and have vast experience with cats of every patience level.
I like to go about my visits while talking to the babies, giving them cuddles (when they ask), and if they're up for it some play time! I tend to treat them as my own kitties and spoil them, sorry in advance!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
As I am a Veterinary Assistant I do have a jump on knowing what to look for and possible causes. Always making sure the living space is cute, comfy, and cat-proof!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
One of my girls is very shy herself and takes a little to come out of her shell. I've learned from experience, some just want to think they're invisible! While others are a tad more curious. I would offer my hands while getting down low and mimicking behavior that tells them I'm no threat even though I'm 10x they're size. And if they don't take the sniff offer then I simply leave them alone unless they tell me otherwise!

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
