She asked all the right questions- even things I hadn’t thought about: Cat food can recycling, play time for the cat, any plant care, etc. She asked to meet at a time so we could demonstrate medicine administration. She handled a last minute change in cat care without any issues. Her reports were thorough and reassuring and included very cute pictures of our cat."

During the trip, Savanna checked in and sent me pictures of Luna and let me know she warmed up and came out from her hiding place to get pets and eat everyday.
