"Dianna was phenomenal! She dropped in several times while I was away to take care of my old gal Ming Ming. Ming Ming has kidney disease and requires subcutaneous fluids 4-7x/week and Dianna came in to take care of that. She always made sure that Ming Ming was comfortable and sent such thoughtful updates about how Ming was doing and how the fluid administration went. This was my first time being away from Ming Ming since we began her subcutaneous fluids treatment and I was initially so worried to be away, but after Dianna's first update those worries dissipated beause I knew Ming was in good hands. I would absolutely rebook Dianna and I know that Ming would love to see her again!"

"Mac is great with our 3 cats. He sends wonderful updates and photos. He’s put in a lot of effort to get our shy cat to feel more comfortable (asking preferred toys/treats, etc). While she hasn’t totally come around she had days where she was more playful. Mac’s dedication to winning her over just shows how much he cares about the cats he takes care of."

She took care of our litter boxes, including a Litter Robot 4 that she was very comfortable with. As well as our automatic feeders. I never worried about our kitties while we were on vacation and we came home to happy healthy kitties."

"Angela is very organized and an excellent communicator. i felt confident leaving my cat in her care. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of and repeats back to me the instructions to be sure. She followed along with my cat's daily habits (He has some quirky little routines) and sent me daily updates with photos so I knew he was ok. Angela is a cat lover, understands how to care for cats, and is very reliable. She is also good at going with the flow of life because I had a air travel snafu and she was really good about working with me while I figured it out."

"I can’t thank Ruby enough for providing excellent care to my 13 yr. old cat while I was gone for a longer trip, including handling multiple meds, specific food requests, and expertly administering subq fluids. Leaving a cat with special needs can be stressful, but Ruby’s extensive experience caring for senior cat/CKD, along with her friendly and gentle approach, put me right at ease. From the first meeting, it was clear Ruby cares about details and knows all right questions to ask. I greatly appreciated how easy it was to communicate back and forth, as well as all the helpful updates. She went above and beyond to make sure Piper was not only fed and medicated, but given lots of play time and snuggles too. I will absolutely be booking Ruby again!"

Taming Tiny Tigers With Love
"Kathryn was phenomenal! She is incredibly thoughtful, caring, timely, and truly in tune with cats. She hosted my cat, Kunta, while I was on vacation. He gets extremely stressed in new environments, so I was nervous, but she calmed him almost immediately and kept me updated with photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve used her multiple times since and would recommend her 10/10. She even got him comfortable wearing a harness and going on walks, something I didn’t think was possible since he would usually just flop over when I tried. Beyond boarding, her knowledge and guidance have made a huge impact. She showed me better ways to trim his nails and safely wrap him so grooming is far less stressful. Her consent-based approach to care and training made a noticeable difference in earning Kunta’s trust. When I first started working with Kathryn, Kunta struggled with over-licking that caused fur loss and frequent cuts, and he also has arthritis from a past pelvic injury, which led to muscle loss in one rear leg. After following her recommendations, the improvement has been incredible. His skin healed, his fur grew back, and he’s now running and jumping again, something he hadn’t done in years. Kunta is back to his playful, kitten-like self, and I truly credit Kathryn for that. She is an absolute gem!"
