"this is my second time booking Crystal to sit our cats and it’s also the longest my husband and I have been away from the kitties (2 weeks). Crystal is an excellent communicator and loves our cats as much as her own. She kept us updated regularly with thoughtful messages and photos, truly putting our oversea hearts at ease. She is also careful with perishable wet food, storing neatly in the fridge as I request it. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust so completely. Crystal is a gem, and I’d recommend her to any pet parent without hesitation!"
