Having lived with cats since age 5, I am naturally drawn to them, but understand the value of allowing them to befriend me at the pace that’s comfortable for them.
I let the pet parents and individual cat set the ground rule... I have been involved in cat sitting, fostering and rescuing (TNR) since 2010, because I absolutely adore all things feline.

I let the pet parents and individual cat set the ground rules, and follow the lead I’m given. I enjoy brushing, and petting, LOVE them to sleep with me, but can draw lines regarding table scraps & treats.
I’m able to dispense medications such as pills, ointments, injections, and even subcutaneous fluids as needed. Have bottle fed kittens, and even fed by hand when needed. I am the original crazy cat lady!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
Have been pet sitting since 2012, and have traveled all over the world with Trusted Housesitters caring for cats in many different countries. My calendar is filled by referrals plus repeating clients. I have many local references, and can do “drop in” or overnight stays.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Petting! I operate a small bakery that is a home based business so I’m unable to have my own pets at this time. Pet sitting allows me to meet my minimum daily requirement of cat petting needs
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes. My family all live acrosss country but I don’t like airline travel during peak times - so I’m usually available for sits within driving distance

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
