"this being our first ever meowtel reservation, I am very happy to say it was a great experience! we booked the sitter for our wedding weekend, because we didn’t have anybody available to watch our four-year-old cat. typically, we’ve always had family stop in on him and he’s a very low maintenance cat so it’s usually a quick trip; since we couldn’t rely on family in the specific circumstance, we decided to look into the service. this platform came recommended from a trusted friend who has three cats, and so we felt like it was worth looking into. This sitter was very communicative, which was one of the top three things that I was needing, they also were on time and available for a introductory meet up and they sent a lot of photos and updates during the weekend that we were away."

"This was Stephanie's second time caring for our cats. She sent detailed updates and wonderful pictures with each visit. Our shy guy who needs twice daily meds really put her to the test with his new hiding spots. Stephanie was very patient and thorough in her search for him and had great communication with us to problem solve. Our other three cats love her company. Our oldest girl was having a health issue and needed multiple medicines and Stephanie was able to administer them all easily. We have a high needs group of cats and I fully trust Stephanie to give them the best care when we are away."

When I told her my cat was shy, she found time in her busy schedule to meet him and took notes the entire time. My cat ended up loving her and was extremely happy. I will definitely be using Lillian again!"

"Adrian was a life-saver, literally. He was very good about taking care of my cats - one of which is diabetic and requires 2 Shots a day. She also hides - so before he could give her the shot he had to find her which is no easy task! He kept me informed the entire time so that we could enjoy our vacation and not worry."

"I'm very pleased with Molly's care of my cat, Rascal, while I was away. During this time, Rascal was (to put it mildly) "temperamental" but Molly still made sure to feed Rascal and scoop her litter box despite the hissing and screaming. Molly was also punctual with her visits, communicated with me via my preferred contact method, and responded to questions within a reasonable time. I plan to hire Molly again next time I leave town!"
