He arrived when he said he would, provided a detailed summary of each visit with lots of pictures and videos, and was super nice about cleaning up one of our cat's Protest Tub Poops (sorry again, Nathan!!!) 5/5 stars, we'd definitely hire him again if he'll take us!"

"Lena did an incredible job with our kitties as always! This was our longest reservation with Lena yet. For the full two weeks Lena stayed communicative, sent adorable pictures and updates every day, and took wonderful care of our cats. My shy hissy cat was warming up to her by the end, which is a huge deal and testament to Lena's patience and ability to work with shier kitties. Highly recommend as always, Lena is the best!"

"Aileen went above and beyond! This is our first experience with meowtel and her. Both kitties are seniors, so we booked her for overnights. Unfortunately, Alfie got sick a few hours before we had to leave, and I was really worried about him since he's so frail. Thankfully, Aileen was able to give the meds needed, and had great observation skills, noticed a change, alerted me, and I had her speak to the vet. She followed thru with vet's suggestions and Alfie finished the meds with no more problems. Our shy kitty, Harley ,got so comfortable with her that he even slept with her! The house was left in perfect condition too. We will definitely book her again!!"

"When our beloved cat Lili fell seriously ill, we were terrified and heartbroken. What followed was one of the most stressful periods our family has ever faced — but Kaylee made all the difference in the world. From the very first visit, Kaylee’s warmth and genuine compassion were unmistakable. She didn’t just treat Lili as a patient — she treated her as the cherished member of our family that she is. We were stuck in California because of the blizzard in Boston but her great care immediately put both Lili and us at ease. She took her to the vet twice and stayed all day by her side until we returned close to midnight. The vet told us she was extroidinary. All through those days she fed Lili by hand keeping her alive. She ventured out during the worst of the storm to make sure Lili and Cooper were ok. What truly set Kaylee apart was her attentiveness. She followed up regularly to check on Lili’s progress. We always felt like we were her only priority — even knowing how many other animals and families she was caring for. Thanks to Kaylee’s expert, tireless care, Lili survived until we returned. Lili did pass the next day but she kept her alive until we were reunited. We are convinced that her dedication made Lili’s time on Earth loved and cared for. If you have a pet who needs care — especially one who is sick and scared — we cannot recommend Kaylee highly enough. She is kind, skilled, deeply professional, and genuinely loves what she does. We are forever grateful to her. 🐾"

Lots of detail about how the visit went, if Seamus was being playful, how much of his prior wet food feeding he’d eaten, etc. I was pretty nervous leaving Seamus alone for this trip and having Riley come by really helped."
