The meet and greet put my mind at ease, since this was the very first time hiring a sitter. May was very professional and very caring. I knew my kitties were in good hands. "Cindy was so kind and patient with my cat, who can admittedly get pretty spicy when someone tries to administer pills (which I needed Cindy to do.) Cindy made sure my cat got her medicine even though she was a cute little chore to give it to. Cindy also took the time to get to know me and my cat to increase our comfort and make the process easier on my cat."
