Brittany was responsive to messages and even expanded her normal service area to take care of our 4 cats. She provided detailed updates after every visit, and her pictures and videos were great, even with our shyest kitten. It really gave us both peace of mind to know Brittany would be taking care of our fur babies every day. She took notes at our meet and greet and was respectful of our home.
