She throughly read through everything and sent me regular updates. My cats can be sensitive and sometimes don't eat when I'm gone and she was very attentive to this! My cats were calm and happy when I arrived. I know they were really well taken care of when I was gone! Stacy also was very communicative about any possible delays with my travel, which I appreciated, as it helped relieve an already stressful situation.
