"I recently hurt my shoulder & was unable to take care of my two sweethearts. Hubby was leaving for 4 days for a trip out of state, and I needed someone I could trust who'd care for my fur babies. I quickly found Meowtel, liked everything about the site: user friendliness, amount of info, and great reviews from clients who booked the service previously. I selected Patricia - she was close by, had awesome reviews/credentials, & the ability to work with anyone's schedule. The cost was affordable & was set up to serve 20 - 60 minute visists or, even overnight sessions. The meet & greet, to see if there was a great fit between Patricia & my cats, went very well. She bonded with my two cats, even my shy one who never bonded with a stranger before. I was further impressed when she was able to put together the grinder my husband used to grind the prescription food for my little girl. Paty showed me how to put it together! During our conversations, Patty told me a little bit about the cats she tends to. It's obvious to me how much she loves cats & bonds with them. I never would have believed that I'd feel comfortable leaving my darlings with someone & go on vacation. i would never board them outside of the home. Meowtel (and especially Patricia) showed me I can feel comfortable leaving my sweeties in her care."

"TLDR; HIRE KYLE — Best sitter around, worth every cent! Deserves infinite amount of stars. Five stars simply aren't enough for the quality of care and comfort Kyle provides. When one of my boys came home from the hospital just three days before a crucial work trip requiring complex medical treatments 3x a day, I was an absolute nervous wreck. My original sitter understandably had to back out due to the medical requirements, and my cats mean the absolute WORLD to me. I was terrified of how I would ever find someone knowledgeable, confident with medications, and genuinely kind. Then I found Kyle. From our very first meeting, my boys immediately took to him—it was honestly shocking how comfortable they were with him right away. Kyle asked thoughtful questions, mapped out emergency symptoms, recorded vet contacts just in case I was unavailable, and made sure every detail of their care was locked down. During my trip, he was BEYOND phenomenal. He sent constant updates, photos, and videos, letting me know about their appetite and bathroom habits. For the first time in months, I could actually focus on giving my best work instead of stressing over my babies. He didn't mind my odd hour responses or my tutorial videos on how to administer meds, and when one of my boys was being picky, Kyle went completely above and beyond by offering to cook and hand feed him. "Valeria was a wonderful sitter as always! She was of course great with our cat, and she sent us very meaningful updates with loads of cute pictures and videos. She also left the house super tidy and clean, making it so easy for us to come home on a Sunday evening. The first night we were gone, moreover, our a/c went out unexpectedly, and Valeria was both super patient and helpful as we worked with our landlord to get it back up and running. She is always willing to go the extra mile for my cat Bella, be it bringing her own laser pointer to play with him or adding extra water to his food as a remedy for his kidney disease. In addition, she always sends lots of photos and a detailed description of her time with Bella, which makes it easier to be apart from him. When asked whether she could administer subcutaneous fluids to Bella as medication, she was willing and able to do so. Bella also has a complex feeding routine with multiple medications, and she also picked this up very quickly. I feel very grateful to have her in Bella’s life, and I know that when I am away, Bella is in good hands."
