During her most recent sit, Cannoli had a medical emergency. Irene contacted me write away and explained everything. No unnecessary panic, just calm and clear communication. Honestly, her composure kept me from completely losing it on my end from hundred of miles away. Everything turned out okay, and I truly believe how she handled it made all the difference. Even outside of that, she’s incredible at what she does. She keeps both of my cats engaged and enriched, not just fed. You can tell she actually cares about them as much as she would her own cats. And my cats absolutely adore her for it. Her post visit updates are extremely detailed. As a pet owner, that peace of mind is everything. I loved being able to have a meet and greet before her visits where she got to see the cats and could get the lay of where all their supplies were, the instructions, and to try and get some sniffs in so they could get acquainted. We got daily videos and photos during her drop-ins. You can feel good knowing Elizabeth (Betsy) took care of my babies while we were gone!"

We were so comforted by her daily check ins, her videos and pictures and how thorough she was in her care and daily updates. The house was in perfect order when we got home (she even took out the trash that was full of litter etc). She charmed our shy little girl instantly and won over the affections of our friendly but reticent tom cat . We will be booking her for all future pet sitting needs given she is available!"

"We could not have asked for a better cat sitter than Sydney! She came to our home for four days over the holidays to spend time with our four cats, and from the very beginning she made us feel completely at ease. We were honestly nervous as this was our first time having someone outside of our family care for them, and letting a stranger into our home and around our cats felt like a big step. Any worries we had disappeared almost immediately after meeting Sydney ! One of our cats is notoriously difficult when I’m not around and has been mean to pretty much everyone in the past. About 10 minutes into her very first visit, Sydney sent me a photo of him with his head resting on her knee (!!) I sent that picture to my best friend who knows my cat very well and she asked me if we had hired a fairy ! Our three other cats are very social but require a lot of playtime and affection, and Sydney absolutely delivered. Even without all the photos and videos, it was obvious when we came home that they had been well stimulated and loved. They had energy, seemed relaxed, and were clearly expecting more playtime because they had already gotten used to her routine with them. Sydney spent her full time focused exactly where we wanted it: on our cats. She was attentive, affectionate, communicative, and clearly understands cat behavior and individual personalities. We felt comfortable, reassured, and genuinely grateful to have found her. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book her again and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving, and exceptional cat sitter"

She handled their relatively complex meals perfectly and was incredibly accommodating with all of their needs. Her communication was excellent throughout, she sent consistent updates and lots of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away! When my trip had to be extended last minute, Kelly was even open to adding extra days and an overnight stay, which I appreciated more than I can say.
